The Team took an innovative approach to structuring itself. Rather than structure the subteams around sub projects such a payload 1#, payload 2#, or rocket, the team structured itself around tasks. Five major tasks were identified, Analysis, CAD (Design), Hardware Construction, Avionics Systems. Payload Electronics. This means the rocket project is a far more integrated effort through the whole team rather than individual teams working together through set interfaces.
